Students and faculty at VHS will join others across the nation during the month of February to celebrate National Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month. This year’s theme is “Vidor CTE: Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow!

Officers to be honored in City Hall ceremony Thursday

VPD Sgt. Ethan Mansfield will be honored Thursday at Vidor City Hall for his recent lifesaving actions along with several other VPD officers and dispatchers that have saved lives in the performance of their duty.
Contractors are making steady progress on Vidor’s $2.2 million Tractor Supply being built at 1550 North Main Street. Although wet weather has hampered construction work lately, the facility is expected to be completed in May.
