Stephenson wins gold in Austin

Vidor High School junior Raegan Stephenson won first place and a gold medal in Austin at the State Track meet held last week. Stephenson medaled at State as a Freshman, taking second place and a silver medal. Last year, a nagging injury slowed her down, but this year as a junior, she was back, and healthy, clearing 5’7” to take the Girls’ 4A title.
