The Vidor Pirates got back on the winning track Friday after a two game slump with a 32-7 Homecoming victory over the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears.
The Pirates kicked to the Bears to open the contest, but Vidor’s defense, bolstered by a number of starters returning to the lineup this week, forced the Bears to punt after denying them a first down.
