After getting off to an 0-3 start in district play, the Vidor Lady Pirates found their footing over the Christmas break and are currently riding a five game winning streak.
Playing in the West-Orange Tournament Wednesday and Thursday, the Lady Pirates knocked off Nederland, Newton, West Orange Stark and finally Kirbyville to take home the championship trophy.
