Toya Annette Swearingen, 69, of Vidor, died Tuesday, January 10th, 2023, at her home. She was born and raised in Port Arthur but is a longtime resident of Vidor. She served her country with the U.S. Army as a nurse during Vietnam and was also received her sharpshooter award. She loved watching her grandkids play sports and getting to spend time with them, reading, and fishing. The family will have a graveside service for her on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 12:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. She is survived by her brothers David LeBlanc of Royal Oak, MI and Charles LeBlanc of Houston, TX, grandchildren: Austin Werth of Vidor, TX, Erin Hebert of Vidor, TX, Troy Hebert of Vidor, TX, Blake Hebert of Mauriceville, TX, and Aden Hebert of Vidor, TX, and 8 great grandchildren.
