Selena Freeman

Selena Freeman, 83 of Vidor, was born in Beaumont, TX on February 4, 1938; She passed February 7, 2021 at 5am, in Spring, TX after a struggle with Covid Pneumonia. She adored her family and loved to spend time with them. She loved fishing, camping, cooking, dancing and gardening. She was very competitive and loved playing games with her many friends. She was never out of advice or things to say. And she was the best little back seat driver I know. She will always be placing kisses on our cheeks. Selena’s visitation will begin Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor and will have another visitation Friday, February 12, 2021 from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Her graveside will be Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Bean Cemetery in Kirbyville, TX. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Baker of Vidor, TX, and Brenda Taylor of Spring, TX, six grandchildren, Shelly Hamilton and Kristal Speer of Spring, TX, Delton Baker of Buna, TX, Lauren Taylor of Dallas, TX, Eden Baker of Louisiana, Robert Taylor of The Woodlands, TX, she has ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
