Janet Elaine Olive Strickland

Janet was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on July 30, 1931. Her parents were Georgianna and Ashbel Henry Barney. She moved with her family to Orange at the age of 14. She met and married Lindy Taylor and they moved to the Longview area where they had 3 daughters and a son (who died at birth). They owned and operated a local cafe & motel.
