A celebration of Glenda L. Gandy’s life will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2020 at the First Baptist Church in Woodville, TX with burial following at Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville, TX. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church.

Officiating will be Brother Tim Watson and Brother Raymond Parker. Serving as pallbearers will be

Matt Conn, Josh Conn, Jacob Conn, Clyde Riley, Craig Marshall, Larry Easley, Derold James and Vernon Dean. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Riley and Guy Rasberry.

Glenda passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 at the Woodville Health and Rehab Center in Woodville, TX.

Born on August 8, 1943 in Vinton, LA., she has resided in Tyler County for the past 40 years. A member of the First Baptist church in Woodville, she enjoyed music and singing. She was a bookkeeper for many years at Jeffcoat Production Service. Glenda was a very outgoing person who always became everyone’s friend.

She is survived by sons, Thomas Campbell and Jimmy Conn and wife Michelle, all of Vidor, TX; daughter, Tammara Campbell of Vidor, TX; brother, Leslie Lumm of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Matthew Conn and wife Derian, Josh Conn and Jacob Conn, all of Vidor, TX; Dalton Campbell and Dylan Campbell, both of Austin, TX and greatgrandchildren, Reese Conn and Maddi Conn, both of Vidor, TX.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Lumm and mother and stepfather, Edna and Jim Burtis.
