Frankie Oran Langston Sr., 85, of Vidor, passed away on Friday, February 16th, 2024, at his residence. Born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, he dedicated 45 years to Local Union #195 as a pipe fitter, providing for his family. In retirement, he found joy in music, his guitar, and caring for animals. He adored spending time with his grandchildren, finding immense joy in their presence. Frankie served his country in the U.S. Navy. Survived by his wife of 53 years, Dixie Langston, and children: Tina Myrick (William), Brenda Ramsy (Scott), and Frankie Langston Jr. (Katie). He leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Frankie Oran Langston Sr. will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace, and may his memory bring comfort to those who loved him.
