Connie Minton Anderson, 86, of Vidor, TX, passed away on June 16, 2025, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Born in San Augustine and a 1957 Vidor High School graduate, she was a devoted Christian and charter member of Victory Bible Baptist Church. Connie’s life reflected her deep love for Jesus through kindness, faith, and a gentle spirit. She loved her family dearly, had a sweet tooth, and enjoyed gospel music, westerns, playing Rummy and Yahtzee, and watching birds and squirrels. She is survived by her children, Vicki Watson of Vidor and Curtis Anderson (Lisa) of Bridge City; eight grandchildren—Bryan Watson, Heather Watson East, Ashley Watson Stephens, Brandon Watson, Blake Watson, Brad Anderson, Austin Anderson, and Tyler Anderson—and seven great-grandchildren.
