Carolyn “Grandmommy” Dale Kirbow, 82, of Vidor, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. Carolyn had a passion for animals, especially horses, and her deep love for all creatures great and small reflected her generous spirit. Known for her caring and loving nature, she was the one everyone could turn to for comfort, always ready with a smile, kind words, and a helping hand. She is survived by her beloved husband of 23 years, Jerry Kirbow of Vidor, TX; her children, Jessica Richards of Vidor, TX; Bill Beggs of Tustin, CA; Chris Beggs of Vidor, TX; and Patrick Beggs of Vidor, TX. She is also survived by her sisters, Karleen Golias of Austin, TX; Stella Metcalf of Longview, TX; Julie Humphrey of Vidor, TX; and Kathleen Humphrey of Longview, TX, as well as 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed to have known her as “Grandmommy.”
