Carol Lynette Mosby Greer, a devoted wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away surrounded by the love and warmth of her family. Her radiant spirit and kind heart left a profound mark on all who were fortunate to know her. Lynette to those who loved her, found immense joy in life’s simple pleasures — feeling the sand beneath her feet, listening to the soothing rhythm of ocean waves, and sharing joyful laughter with those she cherished. She embraced life fully, celebrating it through a joy in live music, hearty meals, and the fellowship of family and friends. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jimmy Greer of Vidor, Texas, and her beloved children: Amberly Jacobs of Vidor, Texas; Melissa Jo Brown of Gulfport, Mississippi; Mark Shuttleworth of Houghs Neck, Massachusetts; and Lauren Greer Norton of Georgia, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
