Crooks, Viator and Beauchamp win GOP nominations

Robert Viator, Jr. was out early on Primary Election Day in front of the voter precinct #34 polling place at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Tuesday morning.

Here are the unofficial vote tallies in the 2018 Orange County Republican Primary Election, contested races only.

ORANGE COUNTY JUDGE

Dean T. Crooks                   2,626 early votes - 58.34%     4,315 votes (final) - 57.31%

Brint Carlton                        1,606 early votes - 35.68%     2,755 votes (final) - 36.59%

Kenneth (Ken) Luce                 269 early votes – 5.98%           459 votes (final) - 6.1%

ORANGE COUNTY TREASURER

Christy Khoury                     3,261 early votes - 77.55%      5,387 votes (final) - 76.68%

David W. Smith                        944 early votes - 22.45%      1,638 votes (final) - 23.32%

ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONER, PCT. #2

Theresa Adams Beauchamp    600 early votes - 49.88%     1,038 votes (final) - 50.10%

Barry M. Burton                      603 early votes - 50.12%      1,034 votes (final) - 49.90%

ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONER, PCT. #4

Robert Viator                         981 early votes - 72.88%      1,434 votes (final) - 70.4%

Jody E. Crump                        365 early votes - 27.12%         603 votes (final) - 29.6%
