Nora Lisa Bolinger, of Vidor, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 11th, 2023, at the age of 58. Nora was born in Jasper County, Texas on March 27th 1965. Nora was a longtime resident of Vidor, Texas. Nora was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as a cherished and reliable friend. Nora worked for Vidor ISD for nearly 20 years and was known for her involvement in supporting many of the community's sporting events. Nora was known for her infectious and charming personality, as well as her ability to light up any room she stepped in. The light she emitted was inextinguishable, and the love and concern she had for family, friends, coworkers, and even strangers was palpable. Nora is survived by her husband of 39 years: Rex E. Bolinger; her three loving children: Bethany Bolinger, David Bolinger, and Michael Bolinger ; four grandchildren; and her biological mother: Magnus Bean
