Phony money pushers arrested

Vidor Police have arrested four people who are accused of passing counterfeit bills at Vidor businesses on Wednesday. According to a Vidor Police Department news release, thirty-one year-old Justin Lee Robertson, twenty-four yearold George N. Cleveland, III, twenty-two year-old Trevor Duane Edwards and twenty-seven year old Amber Danielle McShan were arrested on Wednesday and Thursday in Vidor and charged with forgery.


Vidor Police received a call from the Dollar General Store at about 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday that two men and a woman used counterfeit $20 bills and a counterfeit $50 to make purchases at the store.
