Michael Travis Powell, a beloved resident of Vidor, passed away on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was 52 years old. Michael was a dedicated family man, a lover of the outdoors, and a skilled handyman. One of Michael's greatest joys was spending time with his son, Coy, and his wife, Colleen. They shared a passion for fishing and boating on the lake and river. Whether it was casting a line or enjoying the peacefulness of the water. Michael Travis Powell is survived by his wife, Colleen Powell, and his son, Coy Powell, both of Vidor, TX. He is also survived by his sons, Lynn Williams of Sour Lake, TX, Trace Williams of Keithville, LA, and daughter Kaitlynn Moss of Vidor, TX. His mother, Karen Ingle of Vidor, TX, sister Kimberly Stiebig of Vidor, TX, and 6 grandchildren.
