Milton LeeRoy Ballard, 83, of Vidor, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in Yampa, Colorado. Born and raised in Woodville, Texas, he was a beloved and longtime resident of Vidor. Milton proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and later retired from Gulf States Utilities. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking and bowling, pursuing his hobbies with passion and skill. Milton was not only a dedicated husband to his late wife LaNell Ballard but also a loving father. He served as a real role model for both of his children, Karen McRight and Mark Ballard. His commitment to his family and his exemplary character made him a source of inspiration to those around him. He is survived by his children, Karen McRight and Mark Ballard, his sister Margaret, eight grandchildren, and eleven greatg randchildren.
