Vidor defeated the Bridge City Cardinals in Bridge City 5-3 in Bridge City Tuesday and Bridge City returned the favor in a continued game Monday, defeating the Pirates 10-5. The Tuesday game took 11 innings to complete after Vidor scored one run in the 4th and two in the 5th with Bridge City knotting the score 3-3 in the 6th inning.
