TxDOT now helping Orange County with debris removal

With hundreds of miles of state roads and highways affected by Hurricane Harvey during its meander along the Texas Gulf Coast, the state agency has a big job ahead of it in picking up storm debris stacked along its roads and highways. Because it is such a big job, TXDOT works crews and equipment from other TXDOT Districts have been challenged with the task of temporary work assignments in the TXDOT work districts that suffered the ravages of the storm.
