Lillie Evelyn Blankenship, 98 years and 7 months old, of Vidor TX, went home to the Lord on January 25, 2023. A native of Beaumont, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. She was preceded in death by her parents; Ethyl and Preston Eugene Young, her husband Eugene Clifton Blankenship, sons Jessie, Jerry, Samuel, and Clifton Blankenship; her sisters Patsy Rachael Tynes and Iris Eugenia Barnhart and brother Floyd Young. The celebration of her life will be held at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM and visitation will be on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Following the chapel service, a graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX.
