The Vidor Pirates made the short haul to Bridge City Thursday to take on the Cardinals in the inaugural game on their beautiful new turf field. As expected in an early season scrimmage, mistakes were made but the Pirates seemed to be able to better overcome their own and take advantage of Bridge City’s mistakes.
