Norma Jean LeBlanc, 97, of Vidor died Wednesday, February 16th, 2022 from covid related illiness at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and spent her time as a loving homemaker. She was a member of the Lady's Auxiliary VFW in Vidor, as well as longtime Garden Club member. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

There will be a visitation Saturday, February 26th, 2022 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 26th, 2022 also at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will take place afterward at Restlawn Memorial Park. Norma is survived by her son Ralph A. LeBlanc of Gaithersburg, Maryland, and her daughter Phyllis Livingston of Vidor, TX, as well as nine grandchildren, Darian LeBlanc Bethesda, Maryland, Greg LeBlanc of Plano, TX, Ansonne LeBlanc of Takoma Park, Maryland, Amanda Flanigan of Vidor, TX, Chad Gibson of Dickinson, TX, Robert Phillips of Beaumont, TX, Jason Phillips of Vidor, TX, Jonathan Livingston of Port Neches, TX , Ricky Serrano of Durwood, Maryland, Marc LeBlanc of Columbia, Maryland and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse W. LeBlanc Sr., her son Jesse "Boogie" W. LeBlanc Jr., her daughter Cheryl LeBLanc Gibson, her great granddaughter Sierra Leigh-Anne Phillips, 9 brothers, 1 sister and each of her various in-laws.
