A former Vidor ISD Police Department officer has been jailed on a charge of aggravated kidnapping after taking a 12-year-old girl from her home to Lake Charles before bringing her back to Vidor.Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll said was charged with aggravated kidnapping, a 1st Degree Felony.
