Special Time With Santa Santa Claus greeted and listened patiently as children enjoyed their special time during the Light Up City Hall event Friday during Vidor Hometown Holidays celebration.
Inclement weather Friday could not dampen the holiday spirit for Vidor Hometown Holidays event this past weekend.
