An Orange man driving the wrong way on Interstate 10 was killed along with a Houston woman that was a passenger in a vehicle he struck head on.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers investigated the fatality crash on Interstate Highway 10 east, near the 861mile marker, that occurred midday Monday.
