Rep. Kyle Biedermann, R-Fredericksburg, filed a bill (House Bill 1359) last Tuesday that, if approved by the Legislature, would place a referendum on the November ballot asking Texans to choose between remaining a state or once again becoming an independent nation.
Biedermann posted online-
"The federal government is out of control and does not represent the values of Texans...
