Oak Forest Elementary construction has been hampered by wet weather, but work is progressing with most of of the major framework erected and masonry work progressing in spite of the inclement weather. Workers were busy on the walls early Tuesday morning in spite of occasional showers and downpours. Nest door, clearing and survey work is underway at the Vidor Middle School property.
