  • Car show success-More than 70 classic cars were entered in this years Classic Christmas Cruise and car show held Saturday at Woods Plaza. Entrants brought a toy for Blue Santa or canned goods for the Christian Care Center for their entry fee. Sponsors reported this year’s event was one of the most successful ever.

“One of the best ever,” is how Vidor Chamber of Commerce Executive Administrator Kari Milligan described this year’s event held Saturday. “We had more than 70 cars in the cruise and collected a ton of toys for Blue Santa and canned goods for the Christian Care Center.” Milligan also reported close to $1,000 was raised for the two community charitable groups.
