The cities of Vidor and Rose City have entered into an interlock agreement to repair the approaches to bridges on Hwy 90. Vidor City Manager Robbie Hood said Rose City would purchase the asphalt material needed while Vidor would furnish equipment and manpower. A timeline for the project has not been determined as ambient temperatures and crew availability must be considered.
