The Vidor Public Library Summer Reading guest Dr. Chad VanDevender delighted the audience on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Vidor High School auditorium. Chad performed several science experiments including a cannonball using aluminum, rust, and steel to demonstrate a chemical reaction. The students made shaving cream art projects to take home.
