Vidor ISD holds groundbreaking for new Oak Forest School

Dignitaries were on hand Tuesday for the official groundbreaking of the new $18 million Oak Forest Elementary School. The new school built on the Highway 12 site of its namesake destroyed by Hurricane Harvey flooding in 2017.
