5 YEARS AGO December 13, 2018: A man riding his bicycle the wrong way on the shoulder of a highway was struck and killed on Wednesday evening. Texas Department of Public Safety spokesperson Sergeant Stephanie Davis reported that the bicyclist, 31-year-old Shannon Harrington of Vidor, was pronounced deceased by Orange County Precinct #4 Justice of the Peace Rodney Price at the scene.
