Wayne Evert Wesley McGriff, 86, of Vidor passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. He was a longtime resident of Vidor since 1972 and was previously in Bridgeview, IL.

Thomas Roy Wilcox Jr., 58, of Vidor, died Monday, October 17th, 2022 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He loved fishing, shrimping, and hunting, and was also a rig welder. Thomas will have a graveside service Wednesday, October 26, 2022 t 1:00 PM at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor.

Roger Frank Russell, 79, of Vidor died Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, in Beaumont, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He is a retired painter and woodworker. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Bernice Goines, 94 of Vidor died Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 at her residence. A native of Starks, LA, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Bernice was a past cafeteria worker for Pine Forest Elementary School. She enjoyed gardening and cooking.

Carolyn Jo Pepper Hanlon, 68, of Mauriceville died, Sunday, October 23, 2022 in Beaumont. She was born in Schneider, Texas to Robert O. Pepper and Jo Ann Clark Pepper. She was the second of eight children She married Thomas Joseph Hanlon Sr. on December 2, 1978.
