Thelma Belle Walles, 88, of Vidor died Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Silsbee Oaks Healthcare in Silsbee, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Vidor, and a devout member of the First Baptist Church of Vidor, where she taught Sunday School for many years.

Joe D. Hadaway, 77 of Vidor died November 8th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Lubbock, Texas, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Joe was a member of Rose City Baptist Church and was a retired welder. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar.

Jo Ann Justice, 59, of Beaumont, Texas died Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at Beaumont Healthcare Center. She was a longtime resident of Vidor. She was a retired LVN who graduated from Lamar. She loved taking care of people.

DONALD LEE “COWBOY” MOORMAN

Donald Lee “Cowboy” Moorman passed away November 14th, 2022, at the age of 84 surrounded by loved ones at Silsbee Oaks Health Care. Don was born and raised in Metropolis, Illinois and moved to Texas with his family in 1958.

CHARLES 'CHUCK' FRANKLIN ESTES

Chuck F. Estes, 79 of Vidor died Monday, November 14th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. Chuck was a longtime resident of Vidor and was a retired truck driver. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. Chuck enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and watching old westerns.

Jill Barbara Baillie

Jill Barbara Baillie, 69, of Vidor, died Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Vidor. Jill was a 1999 Cuma Sum Laude graduate of Lamar Port Arthur with a degree in accounting.

AL GREER

Al Greer, 76 of Vidor died Monday, October 31st, 2022 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was a native of Beaumont, and a longtime resident of Vidor. Al was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and retired from Exxon Mobile serv ice station in Beaumont.

Paul Edward Reese

Paul Edward Reese, 73, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022, at Baptist Health Floyd. He was born on July 10, 1949, in Texas to the late Carroll Edward Reese and Geraldine McBride Reese. He was a veteran in the United States Air Force and was a retired General Contractor.

PHYLLIS J. HARPER

Phyllis J. Harper, 83 of Vidor died Sunday, October 23, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Cleveland, OH, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Phyllis was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor and was a retired accountant with Classic Chevrolet.

BOBBY EARL BRISTER

Bobby Earl Brister, 87, of Vidor, Texas died Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He was a member of The Operating Engineers Local 450. He operated a crane for Anthony Crane, and then later for Maxim Crane. He was a talented woodworker.
