Phyllis J. Harper, 83 of Vidor died Sunday, October 23, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Cleveland, OH, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Phyllis was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor and was a retired accountant with Classic Chevrolet. She loved being with her family and was a member of Emmaus Community. She liked Cardinals and Butterflies. Phyllis was an avid foll ower of Jesus Christ. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, October 29, 2022 at First United Methodist Church of Vidor. Phyllis is survived her children Debbie Dubois and her husband Robert of Vidor, TX, Paul Harper and his wife Jill of Vidor, TX, Robert Harper and his wife Sandy of Lufkin, TX, sister Elaine Meyer of Cambridge, OH, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
