Terra Jean Southard, 38 of Nederland died Monday, May 3, 2021 at HCA Houston Health Care Medical Center in Houston, TX. A native of Galveston, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Nederland 6 months ago. Terra worked as a Home Care Giver. She enjoyed music, dancing and singing.

James "Red" Leo Brown, 80 of Mauriceville, TX died Sunday, May 9th, 2021 at his residence. A native of Clarks, LA, he was a longtime resident of Mauriceville, TX. James is a member of First Baptist Church of Mauriceville and was a retired industrial mechanic with Goodyear Chemical in Beaumont.

Peggy Ann Quinn

Peggy A. Quinn, 89, of Vidor died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Stonewood Senior Living in Orange. A native of Baytown, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Peggy was a member of Maplecrest Baptist Church in Vidor.

Terry Glenn Safer

Terry G. Safer peacefully passed away on April 21st, 2021 after a year-long battle with cancer. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, George Allen Safer, Sr. and Colleen Safer, and brother George Safer, Jr.

Robert “Bob” Michael Trudnak

Bob M. Trudnak, 71 of Vidor died Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at his residence. A native of Monroe, LA, he was a longtime resident of Bossier City, LA, before moving to Vidor a couple of months ago. Bob spent most of his working life as a Project Engineer in the plants.

Mable Foster

Mable F. Foster, 89, of Vidor, died Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Lucas Place in Beaumont. A native of Nacogdoches, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor and Beaumont. Mable was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Beaumont and was a homemaker. She loved her family and dogs.

MaryNell Vavra

MaryNell Vavra, 71, went home to be with the Lord; Saturday April 24, 2021. She had been hospitalized at Ascension Saint Thomas-Rutherford hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. Born is Silsbee, TX August 31, 1949, she was a longtime resident of Vidor, TX.

Arthur L. Parker

Arthur L. Parker, 84 of Vidor died Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Vidor Health and Rehab. A native of Weldon, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Arthur was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. He was a retired Superintendent for Apac of Texas/ Trotti and Thompson.

Norman Bourgeois

Born February 3, 1937, Norman Joseph Bourgeois passed away at the age of 84 on April 21,2021 with family by his side. Born in Churchpoint, Louisiana, he was one of eight children. At the age of three (3) Norman moved with his family to Vidor, Texas.
