John Robert Haizlip, 88, of Vidor, died Sunday, February 28th, 2021 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He loved being a tugboat operator, collecting random things, doing yardwork, and spending time with his family. Cremation arrangements are entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Peggy Haizlip of Vidor, TX, daughter Cynthia Taylor of Vidor, TX, son Randy Haizlip of Vidor, TX, and three grandchildren.
