David "Super Dave" Allan Savoy Sr., 59, of Vidor, died Monday, June 14th, 2021 at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor. He loved driving around town in his truck, fishing, sitting on his porch, and anything that involved being outdoors. He could fix anything that was broken and was a jack of all trades. His greatest joy came from supporting his kids and watching their accomplishments and he also had unconditional love for everyone he met. David's visitation will be Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Cremation arrangements are entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is survived by his son David Savoy Jr. of Vidor, TX, Jonathan Paul Savoy of Vidor, TX, Logan and wife Cheryl Savoy of Vidor, TX, Levi Higgins of Dundalk, MD, daughter Brooke and husband David Freeman of Vidor, TX, sisters Anna Savoy Hampshire of Vidor, TX and Monica Savoy Barron of Vidor, TX, brother John Savoy Jr. of Wynot, NE, 16 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
