There is no visible fire damage to the exterior of Building #2 of the American Village Apartments on South Denver Street that can be seen from the ground. The visible fire damage is all on the roof. However every apartment in the building suffered extensive water damage from firefighter hoses as those firefighters fought the roof blaze for two hours on Tuesday night.
