Billy Stone Perkins, 95, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 3, 2024. He was born on June 12, 1929, in Millsap, Texas to Robert G. Perkins and Lantee Debusk Perkins. He spent his childhood in and around Mineral Wells, Texas.

Lynda Lea Parker, 82, of Vidor, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 30th, 2024. A longtime resident of Vidor, Lynda was a dedicated member of Maplecrest Baptist Church.

Jo Ellen Oldbury, 63, of Mauriceville, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, June 29th, 2024. A longtime resident of Mauriceville, Jo Ellen was a devoted member of First Baptist Church Mauriceville. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and had a fondness for Sonic diet cokes.

LESLIE “LES” BELMONT WILLIAMS

Leslie “Les” Belmont Williams, 74, of Vidor, passed away on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, at his residence. Les was a cherished longtime resident of Vidor, where he spent over two decades working as a jeweler at Charles Nacols Jewelry Company.

GLENN ALVIN JOHNSON, SR.

Glenn Alvin Johnson Sr., 73, of Buna, passed away on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, at Mill Creek Nursing Home in Silsbee, Texas. A longtime resident of Vidor, Glenn relocated to Buna four years ago. Glenn proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.

Gary Ray Ragan, a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully next to the love of his life on June 18, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Charlotte Ragan. His children, Tammie, Jenna, Kim, Kayla, Randi and Wayne. His 9 grandchildren.

Regina Diane Ware, 48, of Vidor, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Born in Galveston, TX, Regina was a long-time resident of Vidor, where she became a beloved member of her community.

Carl Cecil Coon Jr., 73, of Vidor, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Port Arthur, TX, Cecil was a longtime resident of the Golden Triangle, where he left a lasting impact on his community through his work and passions.
