LeeAnn Veillon, 75, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11th, 2025, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, surrounded by her loving family. A longtime resident of Beaumont, LeeAnn made Vidor her home for the past 10 years.

Rebecca Joan Walker, 74, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 20th, 2025, at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A longtime resident of Vidor, Joan was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Richard Alan Isenhower, 72, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025. A longtime resident of Vidor, Richard was a dedicated member of Turning Point Church, where he found fellowship and purpose.

KATHERINE INMAN PITTS

Katherine Inman Pitts, 74, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully following an illness. She was of Pentecostal faith and cherished her time spent in fellowship and worship. Katherine is survived by her beloved son, Trampus Wayne Pitts, of Tabor City, North Carolina.

MARY CATHERINE STEPHENS NEWMANN

Mary Newmann, 93, a Vidor resident since 1967 passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, TX. Mary was born in Amory, MS and spent her childhood growing up in Nettleton and Shannon, MS.

Thomas Harold Parks, affectionately known as “Harold,” passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at the age of 72 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, surrounded by his loving family.

Marquis Amari Johnson, 16, of Beaumont, passed away on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, at his home. Though a resident of Beaumont, Marquis was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, where he cultivated his love for life and those around him.

Megan Leigh Cryer, age 62, of Vidor, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A lifelong resident of Vidor, Megan was known for her warm smile and her dedication to her family and community.

DAVIS JOSEPH DEVILLE

Davis Joseph Deville, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 6th, 2025, at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Lake Charles, LA. A longtime resident of Mauriceville, TX, Davis was a proud veteran who served his country in the Korean War with the U.S. Army.

Rodger “Danny” Daniel Hargraves, age 91, of Gatesville, Texas, passed away at his residence on Monday, January 6, 2025. A longtime resident of Rose City, Texas, Danny relocated to Gatesville three years ago but always held fond memories of his roots in Winnie, Texas, where he was born and raised.
