Jody Alan Erickson, 54, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully, on May 24, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital, in Houston. Born on November 2, 1969, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Elizabeth Ann Adams, and John Albert Erickson, Jody’s warm and selfless personality touched the lives of many friends, co-workers and everyone fortunate enough, to have known him. Jody was a very kind and caring man who always put others’ needs, before his own and his true happiness came, from uplifting those around him. Jody enjoyed hunting, with his brother Randy, and numerous co-workers. He loved fishing, with his brother, sisters Johnnie and Janna, co-workers and friends. Jody is survived by his wife, Terry Erickson, step-daughter, Brandi Wurtz, step-father, Jerry Sessions, step-mother, Brenda Erickson, sister-in-law, Tracey Erickson, brother-in-law, Gerrit Achord, and numerous nieces and nephews.
