Tia Johnson, morning anchor for 12News Daybreak will be hosting Storytime at the Vidor Public Library on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tia has a heart for literacy and children, and this is an opportunity for her to connect with children and promote local libraries in our community. Her goal is for children to learn and see that reading can be fun. She also is a part of the ROAR Program with BISD, where she visits classrooms and reads.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. Monday, OCESD #1 Firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler and an SUV ned the intersection of FM 105 and Texla Road (FM 2802).
