Dog tags returned to family after 80 years in Florida lake

J.P. Vogel was just barely out of his teens when he went swimming in Florida’s Kingsley Lake, a perfectly formed circle nearly two miles in circumference. Vogel, who hailed from Beaumont at the time, had enlisted in the National Guard two months shy of graduating from St.
