Recent VHS graduate Katelyn Watson passed her Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) Certification two- part exam. Katelyn took the Health Science Practicum class her senior year to prepare her for the CNA Exam. She will now attend Northwestern University this fall to attain her bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Vidor Police to target neighborhood traffic in July

Vidor City Council recently approved and funded increased police patrols, with a focus on traffic, in several targeted neighborhoods in the city. Vidor Police Chief Rod Carroll said the neighborhoods were selected on the basic of citizen complaints and radar recorders.
