Governor Greg Abbott today ceremonially signed Senate Bill 768 into law at the Crime Stoppers of Houston headquarters. SB 768 (Sen. Joan Huffman/Rep. Ann Johnson) enhances criminal penalties for manufacturing and distributing fentanyl in Texas.
