City to seek up to $9 million in drainage grants

Thursday, the City of Vidor approved applying for three separate grant projects valid up to $9 million dollars. Vidor would be responsible for a 25% match if the grant is approved.The City will be applying for 3 grants through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP).
