Vidor Police Department hold retirement/promotion ceremony

The Vidor Police Department celebrated the promotion of Ethan Mansfield to sergeant, honored the service of retiring officer Eric Meineke and welcomed two new officers to the ranks after holding a swearing-in ceremony Monday at Vidor City Hall.
