In recent weeks the Vidor Police Department responded to many calls. What follows are but a few of the incidents that required police action. Readers should remember that a person who was arrested has not been found guilty of any wrongdoing.

Early voting begins Monday in municipal and trustee elections

Early voting in local city and school elections begin Monday, April 24 and voters are reminded there are changes in voting locations in Orange County. For the May 6 city and school elections, there will be three locations to vote early in Orange County and on Election Day, there will be five.
