Arrests 10-15 to 10-21–23 In recent weeks the Vidor Police Department responded to many calls. What follows are but a few of the incidents that required police action. Readers should remember that a person who was arrested has not been found guilty of any wrongdoing.
Vidor High School October Students of the Month were honored with a luncheon Monday during the Rotary Club of Vidor Texas meeting. Each student received a certificate of recognition and a Rotary Challenge coin. The Rotary Club also placed a book on the Green Bus in honor of each of these students. Texas Constitutional Amendment Election contains 14 ballot propositions, some highly publicized, others not so much. One that should be of interest to all Texans, especially those interested in outdoor pursuits, is Proposition 14.

Voter interest growing in Constitutional Amendment Election

With two days of early voting concluded int Texas’ 2023 Constitutional Amendment Election, early vote totals seem to indicate voter interest is growing in Orange County. Monday, Orange County recorded 210 total in-person votes cast at the four early voting locations and 80 mail ballots received.
